Freshly made, freshly delivered

Every Vi Ca Phe drink is crafted fresh once your order comes in. Nothing is pre-made or sitting around waiting. Because of that, we ask for a little patience between ordering and delivery: it's the time it takes us to make sure what arrives at your door is exactly right, at the right temperature, and at its best possible quality. Good things are worth the short wait.

Our delivery team

All deliveries are carried out by our own in-house delivery team, not a third-party courier. Your driver will ask you to confirm and sign for the number of drinks received, please check your order carefully at the point of delivery, as we're unable to action any issues raised after the driver has left. Delivery area

We currently deliver the following postcodes in Birmingham B1, B2, B5, B13, B15, B16, B18. At checkout, you'll be able to confirm whether your address falls within our delivery zone before completing your order.

Minimum order

Our minimum order value is £15.00.

Orders under £30: £1.99 delivery charge
Orders £30 and over: free delivery

Delivery days & hours

We deliver Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 3:45PM. Cut off time for placing order is 3:00PM. Orders placed outside these hours will be queued for the next available delivery window or of a date of your chosen.

Order lead time

Please allow up to 45 minutes between placing your order and delivery. This is the time we need to freshly prepare your drinks to order and get them to you at optimum quality and temperature. For office or bundle orders, we'd recommend building in a little extra time where possible, especially for larger quantities.

Pre-orders

Prefer to plan ahead? You can pre-order up to 30 days in advance of your chosen delivery date. Pre-orders over £15 can be cancelled up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery date. After that point, our standard cancellation policy applies. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Freshness on arrival

Your order is made as close to your delivery time as possible and is best enjoyed as soon as it arrives. See the "How to Drink This" section on each product page for specific serving guidance.

If you're not available

Since our own driver delivers your order, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during your chosen window. Given the perishable nature of our products, we may not be able to hold or redeliver an order if nobody is available to receive it. Contact us at info@vicaphe.com as soon as possible if this happens.

Delivery outside our zone

If your address falls outside our current delivery post codes, you won't be able to complete checkout. We're actively looking at expanding our delivery area, follow us on our Instagram Page @vicapheuk for updates.
